You may return most items for exchange or repair , within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Should you decide to exchange an item, please ensure it is packaged with enough padding as we will not accept products damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item or to have it repaired within 10 days of receiving it, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Items" button. We will notify you via email of the status of your exchange or repair once we have received and processed the returned item. If our shipping provider confirms they have lost a package, we will fully refund your payment within 30 days after the date of shipment.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect location if we used the exact shipping address supplied by the customer. Please double check your shipping address as there will be no refund if you realize you have given us an incorrect shipping address after we have already shipped your item. Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based.
We do not store your credit card information on our web site. All credit card payments are processed by PayPal®. We do not share your other details with any third parties.
